Smart Marketing revolves around being tuned into today’s quickly changed and continually changing buyer trends.  The days of old traditional real estate marketing methods are becoming stale, outdated, and ineffective.  Newspaper advertising and open houses, although still a part of our normal marketing process, are the less effective methods of marketing today.  It is the power of knowing, understanding, and effectively deploying that information into new smart-marketing methods.

According to the National Association of Realtors® (among hundreds of other reliable statistic providers), 88% of buyers used the internet as their primary home searching method.  This is obvious, in the age of iPads, smartphones, millions of apps, and the availability of internet just about everywhere.  So, what does this mean for you as a seller?  It means that you need a tech-savvy Realtor®, who has the tools necessary to produce a smart-marketing plan for your home.

  • High-traffic internet marketing.  Your home will be exposed on over 50 of the highest-traffic internet sites, such as Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Homes.com, Homes.Yahoo.com, Zillow.com, HotPads.com, Craigslist.org, and many more.
  • Single property web site.  Your home will have it’s own specific website, solely focusing on just your property.  All of our listings have a specific website built, just for your home!  All listing websites are designed and created by Daniel, on a WordPress platform, with extensive search-engine optimization applied to them, providing for additional exposure to your property, guaranteed.  The single property website provides 2 major advantages:  (1.) SEO.  The search optimization that this type of site allows will put your property on the first page of Google searches.  (2.)   • Social Media.  Your home will be exposed on multiple social media accounts that we have within each of the main social media outlets.  These include FaceBook, Twitter, Google+, & Instagram.  Additionally, every one of our listings is provided with a Facebook fan page just for itself.  This allows us to harness the power of targeted Facebook advertising.  We originate and promote an inevitable viral effect for your home’s listing, created by those powerful little share buttons that we love.  Don’t you think that having your property purposefully target-exposed to hundreds of thousands of prospective buyers is a good thing?  We think so, too.
